Der Markterfolg von Unternehmen beruht auf Kreativität und die Fähigkeiten, Ideen in Innovationen umzusetzen. Dazu gilt es kreativer zu entwickeln, Ideen zielgerichteter zu finden somit Umsetzungschancen zu verbessern und so Wettbewerbsvorteile zu schaffen.
Entwicklungsprozesse müssen unter den Zwängen des globalisierten Wettbewerbs wirksam verkürzt werden. Um diese Ziele besser zu erreichen kreierte Prof. Bernd Klein, ein ausgewiesener Experte auf diesen Gebieten für HDT eine Seminarreihe.

"Kostengerechtes Entwickeln sichert die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit " findet am 15.-16.September 2011 in München statt.
Das Seminar "QFD - Produktideen schneller, besser und kostengünstiger umsetzen " am 29.-30. September 2011, Wertanalyse für Entwickler und Konstrukteure " am 8.-9. Dezember 2011 beide im Haus der Technik Essen statt.

Das 1927 in Essen gegründete Weiterbildungsinstitut Haus der Technik ist heute das älteste und eines der führenden unabhängigen Weiterbildungsinstitute für Fach- und Führungskräfte in Deutschland. Das Haus der Technik wird von einem gemeinnützigen Verein getragen und ist gleichzeitig ein Außeninstitut der RWTH Aachen sowie Kooperationspartner der Universitäten Bonn, Braunschweig, Duisburg- Essen und Münster.
