Seminar "Hochvolt Steckverbinder im Automobil" am 24. Oktober 2017 in München

Die Elektrifizierung des Antriebstranges stellt eine Herausforderung dar, welcher die Fahrzeugindustrie nun massiv ausgesetzt ist. Die parallele Existenz von Bordnetzarchitekturen bedingt neue Bordnetzkomponenten für unterschiedliche Spannungsebenen und Leistungsklassen. Da Hochvolt-Komponenten andere Spezifikationen als die bisher gängigen Komponenten für 12 Volt besitzen, erhöhen sich die Anforderungen an die Konstruktion, die Prüfung und die Analytik im Rahmen der Produktsicherheit. Während in der PKW-Hybrid-Technik beispielsweise Batteriespannungen bis zu 400 Volt vorgesehen sind, plant man bei NKW mit Spannungen bis zu 850 Volt.

Das Haus der Technik geht in dem Seminar "Hochvolt Steckverbinder im Automobil" auf Lösungen für die nächste Fahrzeuggeneration ein und gibt eine kompakte und praxisorientierte Einführung in die Welt der Hochvolt-Steckverbinder im Bereich der KFZ-Anwendung. Die Schwerpunkte liegen dabei auf den konstruktiven Besonderheiten von Hochvolt-Verbindungssystemen, den elementaren kontaktphysikalischen Voraussetzungen sowie der Anschlusstechnik. Durch die Darstellung von Test- und Analyseverfahren bei Steckverbinder-Herstellern kommt außerdem die Sicherstellung von Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit zur Ansprache.
