HDT-Seminar Einsatzmöglichkeiten der DSC-Analytik in der Kunststofftechnik und Qualitätssicherung

Seminar im Haus der Technik ist auf Praktiker ausgerichtet und verzichtet auf die Herleitung von Formeln und theoretischen Grundlagen

Die Kunststofftechnik erlaubt heute die Herstellung von komplexen, dreidimensionalen Formteilen für hohe Beanspruchungen, wobei die Teile oft eine zunehmende Miniaturisierung erfahren. Dadurch erlangt die Sicherstellung einer ausreichenden und homogenen Teilequalität verstärkt Bedeutung, aber auch die Frage nach der Prüfbarkeit von Teilen. Die Dynamische Differenzkalorimetrie (DSC), ein kalorisches Verfahren der thermischen Analyse, benötigt nur sehr kleine Proben (wenige Milligramm) für eine Messung. Eine benötigte Probe kann dadurch unkompliziert einem zu untersuchenden Formteil oder der Formmasse entnommen werden. Mit Hilfe der DSC-Prüfung lassen sich das Schmelz-, Kristallisations- und Zersetzungsverhalten von Kunststoffen untersuchen, es können weiter Kunststoffe identifiziert, ihre Glasübergangstemperatur ermittelt und deren thermische Vorgeschichte detektiert werden.

Das Haus der Technik in Essen bietet dazu am 27. Juni 2012 das Seminar "Einsatzmöglichkeiten der DSC-Analytik in der Kunststofftechnik und Qualitätssicherung" an.

Das Seminar ist auf Praktiker ausgerichtet und verzichtet auf die Herleitung von Formeln und theoretischen Grundlagen.
