Seminar "Wärmemanagement - Thermische Optimierung elektronischer Systeme"

Die meisten Ausfälle in der Elektrik und Elektronik haben ihre Ursache in einer zu großen Hitzebelastung der Bauelemente. Neue Technologien, wie sie zum Beispiel in Hybrid- und Elektrofahrzeugen eingesetzt werden, stellen zusätzliche Anforderungen an das Wärmemanagement. Damit rückt die exakte Kenntnis der Wärmeentwicklung und der Wärmepfade in den Fokus, um die Zuverlässigkeit der Bauteile und Komponenten dauerhaft gewährleisten zu können.

Das Seminar gibt einen Überblick über Möglichkeiten der thermischen Optimierung elektrischer und elektronischer Systeme. Es werden innovative Mess- und Berechnungsverfahren vorgestellt, die detaillierte Simulationen für die Auslegung von Wärmepfaden ermöglichen. Besonderer Wert wird auf die praktische Anwendung mit aktuellen Beispielen gelegt.

In Kooperation mit dem Stuttgarter Zentrum für Wärmemanagement (ZFW) findet dieses HDT-Seminar am 26. September 2017 im Haus der Technik in Essen statt.
