Als Meister im Betrieb ist man besonderen Belastungen ausgesetzt. An dieser Schnittstelle entzünden sich häufig Konflikte. Der Meister muss gegensätzliche Interessen ausgleichen. Die Führungsfähigkeit des Meisters ist besonders gefragt, wenn Drucksituationen entstehen. Kenntnisse des Projektmanagements, des Arbeitsrechts und des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes sind wichtig, damit der Meister die Abläufe im Betrieb verantwortlich steuern kann.

Hier ist die Meisterjahrestagung des Haus der Technik am 26.-27.01.2015 ein verlässliches Forum, das dem Meister praxisnah bei seinen Problemen zur Seite steht und mit den Workshops und seinen Themen eine qualitative, lösungsorientierte Hilfestellung und nützliche Erfahrungsausweitung für seinen Meisteralltag bietet.
