Die kaufmännische Betriebsführung bildet die Schnittstelle zwischen den Eignern eines Solarparks und allen weiteren relevanten Projektteilnehmern, wie z.B. Banken, Versicherungen, technische Betriebsführung und Behörden. In dieser zentralen Rolle ist die sorgfältige kaufmännische Betriebsführung ein wichtiger Faktor für den erfolgreichen Betrieb eines Solarparks. Das neue Seminar "Kaufmännische Betriebsführung von Solarpark" am 25.1.2012 im Haus der Technik in Essen hat zum Ziel, fundierte und aktuelle Kenntnisse der Methoden der kaufmännischen Betriebsführung von Solarparks zu vermitteln. Praxisbeispiele verdeutlichen die wesentlichen Faktoren der kaufmännischen Betriebsführung anschaulich und geben den Teilnehmern wichtige Werkzeuge und Vorlagen für die eigene Arbeit an die Hand.
