Brandschutzbeauftragter wird auch für Baumärkte gefordert!

Üblicherweise wird ein Brandschutzbeauftragter von der Behörde, der Feuerwehr oder aber auch dem Brandversicherer gefordert. Der Arbeitgeber hat demnach einen Brandschutzbeauftragten zu bestellen, da dies für das betreffende Unternehmen eine sehr wichtige betriebliche Maßnahme darstellt. Der Arbeitgeber beauftragt schriftlich eine Person, die dazu aber eigens geschult werden muss. Zwingend notwendig ist dabei ein 64-Unterrichtsstunden-Lehrang nach der Richtlinie vfdb 12-09-01 : 2014-08(03).

Nach der Muster-Industrie-Baurichtlinie MIndBauRL und der Verkaufsstättenverordnung VkVO ist die Bestellung eines Brandschutzbeauftragten in der Regel auch für Baumärkte verpflichtend.
