Seminar zur Schwingungsdiagnose an Elektromotoren, Pumpen, Gebläsen und Werkzeugmaschinen am 07.-08. November 2017 im HDT Berlin

Die Weiterbildung am 07.- 08. November 2017 in unserer Niederlassung in Berlin vermittelt den Anwesenden Analysetechniken zur Erkennung von Fehlern im Schwingungsspektrum. Es ist für aktive Anwender und "Einsteiger" konzipiert. Schwingungsursachen an Maschinen erkennen, unterscheiden und bewerten zu können dient der Qualitätssicherung von Produktionsprozessen, der Verlängerung der Lebensdauer von Maschinen und nicht zuletzt der Gewährleistung der Arbeitssicherheit der Beschäftigten. An Hand von Experimenten und Beispielen werden die Techniken zur Zustandsbestimmung erläutert und für den Praktiker nachvollziehbar die notwendigen schwingungs- und maschinenbautechnischen Zusammenhänge dargestellt. Unser Referent, Herr Dipl.-Ing. Jörg Dethloff, ist ein erfahrener Praktiker und erläutert nachvollziehbar vertiefende Techniken zur Bestimmung des Zustands der Maschinen und die notwendigen schwingungs- und maschinenbautechnischen Zusammenhänge. Die weitreichenden Erfahrungen des Vortragenden aus fast 20 Jahren in der Maschinendiagnose sorgen für rege Diskussionen und lassen das Erlernte sofort anwenden. An zahlreichen Praxisbeispielen werden Prüfungen und Einschätzungen vollzogen.
