From ASFINAG's point of view, e-mobility is the future of the mobility industry. By the end of the year, the company would like to have brought a total of 23 e-charging stations onto the market. This means that on average at least every 100 kilometres of fast charging stations will be available for e-vehicles. This means that long-distance journeys will no longer be a problem for electric cars. "E-mobility must be suitable for everyday use and we ensure this on our motorways and expressways with the new, super-fast charging stations," says ASFINAG managing board director Karin Zipperer. Board director Klaus Schierhackl also comments: "These charging stations are the next, forward-looking step; in the coming years we will, of course, tie up the supply network even tighter for our customers".
