HARTING presents customized embedded solutions in Nuremberg
First time at "embedded world" trade fair / Services in one comprehensive package
HARTING will be presenting customized solutions at "embedded world 2015" in Nuremberg from 24 - 26 February 2015 (Hall 4A, Stand 341). Marking the first time the company has presented at the trade fair, HARTING is offering a total package that encompasses design through to manufacture and the integration of the backplane.
"We also implement data and power as hybrid solutions for customers, as a replacement or supplement to traditional wiring in systems," notes Holger Heidenblut, sales and application support at HARTING. HanOnBoard® solutions are finding increasingly use in this context and permits heavy industrial connectors to be directly contacted on the PCB, as Heidenblut further explains.
Comprehensive know-how as well as technical engineering expertise are both cornerstones at HARTING. Signal integrity is given significant attention starting with the simulation of layout structures and the PCB materials which are used. Here, HARTING's Quality and Technology Center (HQT) is also offering the associated measurement capabilities in the laboratory. The goal here is to always find a solution optimized for the respective user's performance and cost requirements.
In addition, at "embedded world" HARTING will use the har-flex® / har-flexicon® product families to present ideal board-to-board and wire-to-board solutions. Thanks to the variety of designs and contact numbers, SMT PCB connectors with grid sizes of 1.27 / 2.54 mm enable maximum flexibility and miniaturization in device design. Here, additional SMT hold-downs guarantee that the connection to the PCB will always be secure.
