Frau Heike Sielaff aus Minden feiert am 1. August 2018 ihr 35-jähriges Betriebsjubiläum. Anfang August 1983 begann sie ihre Ausbildung bei HARTING als Industriekauffrau.

Nach erfolgreichem Ausbildungsabschluss wurde sie im Juni 1985 als kaufmännische Angestellte in der Inlands-Verkaufsabteilung „Elektronik-Steckverbinder“ übernommen. Ab 1990 war sie als Sachbearbeiterin im Bereich SEK/D-Sub tätig. Zum 1. Januar 1991 wurde ihr die Gruppenleitung übertragen.

Im Jahr 1998 wurde Frau Sielaff im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeit als Sachbearbeiterin Customer Service Electronics die Betreuung des Key Kunden Siemens übertragen. Seit vielen Jahren übernimmt sie nun schon die Auftragsbearbeitung im Regio Sales und ist momentan für den Bereich Süd im Customer Service zuständig.
