Schnelle Kat. 6 Übertragungen mit M12

Die neuen harspeed M12 Steckverbinder von HARTING erfüllen die hohen Anforderungen nach Kat. 6A! Erstmalig ist damit auch ein M12-Verkabelungssystem für entsprechend hohe Datenperformance einsetzbar. Die Steckverbinder sind damit optimal für Applikationen mit hohen Bandbreiten im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau geeignet, in denen vermehrt schnelle und sichere Datenübertragung über Kat. 5 hinaus gefordert wird. Grundlage der Neuentwicklung ist die neue PAS 61076-2-10x, die ein einheitliches Steckgesicht für 8polige M12-Steckverbinder definiert. Das neue Steckgesicht erfüllt 2 Aufgaben: Abschirmung im Steckbereich (paarweise geschirmte Adern) und Kodierung des Steckgesichts. Ein Fehlstecken mit anderen 8poligen M12 ist somit ausgeschlossen. Umspritzte Varianten in unterschiedlichen Längen und ein Crimpsteckverbinder für die Vor-Ort-Konfektion machen den Anfang für diese neue Produktfamilie von HARTING.
