HANSALOG kauft MEGA-Software

Ankumer Personalsoftware-Entwickler expandiert

Die Ankumer HANSALOG GmbH & Co. KG hat bereits zum 1. Oktober 2018 die MEGA Software GmbH mit Stammsitz in Dortmund erworben. Mit dieser Űbernahme erweitert HANSALOG sein Portfolio unter anderem um die Finanzbuchhaltung.  Durch den Firmenzusammenschluss wächst das Unternehmen auf 200 Angestellte.

Wie bereits auf der Feier zum 45-jährigen Firmenjubiläum angekündigt, expandiert das Ankumer Softwareunternehmen HANSALOG. Zum 1. Oktober 2018 wurde die MEGA Software GmbH mit Sitz in Dortmund übernommen. HANSALOG Geschäftsführer Franz Jürgens sah das Potential zusammen mit der akquirierten MEGA Software GmbH, das Angebot der HANSALOG GmbH zu erweitern und auszubauen.

„Das Portfolio der MEGA Software GmbH ergänzt unsere Produkte in der Personalwirtschaft hervorragend“, erläutert Jürgens. „Die beiden Unternehmen haben viele Gemeinsamkeiten und eine ähnliche Firmenphilosophie.“  Die Produktpalette der HANSALOG umfasst modulfähige Lösungen für das gesamte Personalwesen sowohl in Lizenz als auch im Outsourcing. Der Firmenstammsitz der HANSALOG Gruppe wird weiterhin Ankum bei Osnabrück sein. Wie es aus dem Hause HANSALOG heißt, wurden die Angestellten der MEGA Software GmbH übernommen.

Mit der Űbernahme bestätigen die Ankumer Software Entwickler ihre marktführende Position im Bereich der Personalwirtschaft.

Gebündelte Erfahrung unter einem Dach: Die HANSALOG GmbH & Co. KG hat die Anteile der MEGA Software GmbH erworben.
