Ganz neu bei Hamamatsu ist unsere Monitor-PIN Photodiode S10044 zum präzisen monitoren von Hochleistungs-Halbleiterlaser. Durch ihre spezielle Oberflächenstruktur kann sie ein 10fache höhere Lichtmenge präzise messen als konventionellen Photodioden.

Das SMD-Gehäuse erlaubt Reflow-Lötung für automatische Produktion. Eine UV-Version ist in Vorbereitung.
