The Board of Directors of Gurit Holding AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: GUR) proposes to elect Dr. Stefan Breitenstein as a new Member of the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for April 10, 2014. The long-standing Board Member Robert Heberlein is no longer available for re-election due to his age. The Board of Directors thanks Robert Heberlein for the many years he successfully served on the Board, both as Chairman and Member.
