Callcenter Studie 2006 – Hier wollen Callcenter investieren!

Im Januar wurden mehr als 160 Führungskräfte in Callcentern nach dem größten Handlungsbedarf in 2006 für Ihr Callcenter befragt. Dabei wurden sowohl Dienstleister als auch interne Callcenter angesprochen.
Top-Thema ist nach wie vor der Bereich Personal und Training gefolgt vom Trend-Thema VOIP. Die Themenfelder Emailmanagement und Lösungen für Controlling, Reporting, Monitoring haben nahezu einen ähnlich hohen Stellenwert.
Interessant sind die signifikanten Unterschiede zwischen internen Callcentern und Dienstleistern. Bei internen Callcentern ist der Bereich Email-Management das beherrschende Thema mit über 40 % Nennungen. Bei Dienstleistern liegen das Personal (40%) und VOIP (33 %) ganz vorne.
