Der Umschalter Jabra Link 180 ist intuitiv zu bedienen und schließt schnurgebundene Jabra-Headsets mit Quick Disconnect-Stecker parallel an Tischtelefone und PC-Softphones an. Dadurch lassen sich über ein einziges Headset reguläre und IP-Telefonie nutzen. Zu den Jabra-Headsets mit Quick Disconnect-Stecker gehören die Jabra GN1900-, Jabra GN2000-, Jabra GN2100- und die Jabra BIZ 2400-Serien.
Der Jabra Link 180 ist kompatibel zu Windows-PCs und Apple Computern. Bereits vorhandene Headsets macht er mit nur geringer Zusatzinvestition fit für VoIP- und Unified Communications und erhält weiter die Verbindung zum Tischtelefon.
