Auf der Cimmit in Frankfurt/Main (2.-3.2.) wird Olaf Petersen, Immobilien- und Einzelhandelsexperte von GfK GeoMarketing, am Montag seine Prognose für das Segment der Einzelhandelsimmobilien in 2009 vorstellen.

Der Real Estate Spezialist erwartet, dass die Einzelhandelsimmobilien im Vergleich trotz Finanzkrise gut abschneiden werden. Olaf Petersen: "In 2009 sehe ich das Segment der Einzelhandelsimmobilien generell am besseren Ende des Marktes, insbesondere in Hauptlagen von Einkaufsmetropolen und in Shoppingcentern."
