The Bertelsmann’s Foundation seal of approval is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. The family-friendly and life-phase-oriented personnel policy of the company have been assessed by an independent auditor on the basis of a survey for all employees. The survey focuses on the areas of „corporate and management culture“, „communication“, „work organization“, „support measures“ as well as „strategy and sustainability“. Key questions are: „How is family friendliness lived and communicated in a company?“ and „Which support measures are available?“
