geomap-Analyse zeigt: Im Süden Deutschlands mehr Mietwohnungen mit Balkon

Wohnungssuchende, die sich für Urlaub auf Balkonien entscheiden, haben im Süden Deutschlands beste Möglichkeiten. Beim Spitzenreiter Rosenheim liegt der Anteil an Mietwohnungen mit Balkon bzw. Terrasse bei 80,9 Prozent, gefolgt von den Landkreisen Landsberg am Lech (Bayern) und München mit jeweils 80,3 bzw. 79,7 Prozent.

Schwieriger mit dem Urlaub auf dem Balkon wird es Brandenburg: Im Landkreis Elbe-Elster beträgt der Anteil 21,5 Prozent. Nur wenig besser sieht es im Landkreis Sonneberg (Thüringen) und Prignitz (Brandenburg) aus, mit jeweils 21,7 bzw. 24,6 Prozent.

Deutschlandweit beträgt der Anteil der Mietwohnungsangebote mit Balkon bzw. Terrasse 56,2 Prozent.

Für die geomap-Analyse wurden Mietwohnungsangebote betrachtet, die im Zeitraum vom 1.06.2019 bis 23.07.2019 online waren.
