Les systèmes mobiles GEMÜ sont parfaitement adaptés à une prise d'échantillon sans risque de contamination ainsi qu'au transport des échantillons pour le laboratoire ou l'assurance qualité. L'unité de prise d'échantillon complète est simple à stériliser et autoclavable.

Une sécurité optimale : tel est l'objectif des produits GEMÜ pour la prise d'échantillon de liquides par le biais de processus stériles et hygiéniques. Les systèmes de blocs de vannes possèdent donc un système d'étanchéité à membrane certifié EHEDG. Le corps de vanne lui-même est en inox ; le verre ou l'inox sont utilisés pour la fabrication des bouteilles. Le client peut mettre les bouteilles nécessaires à disposition ou nous les lui fournissons en bloc. Les matériaux d'étanchéité proposés (PTFE, EPDM et FEP) sont conformes FDA ; d'autres matériaux sont disponibles sur demande.

Par défaut, le corps de vanne permet les cinq fonctions suivantes : utilisation d'actionneurs manuels et/ou pneumatiques, orifice de prise d'échantillon et entrée CIP/SIP, remplissage de bouteille, sortie CIP/SIP, purge

La flexibilité du processus de fabrication des systèmes de blocs GEMÜ permet de proposer ces derniers dans différentes géométries. En outre, des fonctions supplémentaires peuvent être intégrées sur demande.
