Neue Sitzventilbaureihe

GEMÜ hat ein neues manuell betätigtes Geradesitzventil GEMÜ 537 in sein Produktprogramm aufgenommen

Die neue Ventilbaureihe basiert auf den gleichen Ventilkörpern wie die Baureihen GEMÜ 534 und 532. Zur Verfügung stehen Ventilkörper in den Nennweiten DN 15-50 in Edelstahlguss 1.4408 und Sphäroguss GGG 40.3 (EN-GJS-400-18-LT). Der maximale Betriebsdruck für die Nennweiten DN 15 - 40 beträgt 25 bar, für DN 50 16 bar. Die Ventile sind in der normalen Ausführung bis 180°C einsetzbar. Die PTFE-Dichtpackung ist gut für Dampf geeignet. Ausführungen für höhere Temperaturen und andere Abdichtungen sind auf Anfrage lieferbar. Die realisierte Anschlussnorm sind Flansche nach EN 1092/PN 16 Form B, Baulänge EN 558-1, Reihe 1 und Flansche der gleichen Norm für PN 25. Die Ventilkörper können bei Bedarf nachträglich mit den pneumatischen Antrieben der Baureihen 534 und 532 nachgerüstet werden. Die Ventile sind auf Anfrage auch als ATEX-Ausführung erhältlich.
