(PresseBox) (Bochum, ) In June of 2013 GEA Refrigeration Technologies increased its holdings in Bock Australia Pty. Ltd to 100 %. Acquisition was done by Country Sales Organization GEA Refrigeration Components Australia. Bock Australia Pty. Ltd. was founded as a joint venture in September of 2001 by GEA Bock (at that time named Bock Kältemaschinen) and Downie Group Industries, who owned equal shares in the company.
