The latest FL-LED-440-1550 a new milestone in IR range beyond 1000 nm. Extending the usable spectrum enables new applications in sun simulation and sensor applications. High power LED provide sufficient light for demanding applications on earth and in space. Here the high reliability and stable performance provide the features required. More applications are sun simulation and solutions in automotive and medical fields.
FL-LED-440-1550 features a compact ceramic packing that enables a sophisticated thermal management and easy integration into systems. Extending the usable spectrum into the long range opens new applications and can replace difficult to manage conventional broadband emitter. As high power emitter FL-LED-440-1550 is a leading emitter on the market.
Space applications benefit greatly from this LED for calibration and measurement of outer space instruments. Internal light based communication use the fast rise and fall times for high transmission rates. High reliability are an important factor for space use.
Medical application can better tune-in to illuminate through skin and receive stronger signals from the underlying tissue. Compact packaging with high output power make an efficient sensor design much easier.
Quality definition in food inspection can be done faster with less complex set-ups and far less maintenance while precision can be increased. Combined with dedicated sensors new quality control systems can be easily realized.
LED technology provided with FLD-440-1550 make compact system combined with effective and precise measurements a reality.
