Die neuen Film-Kondensatoren für Hochspannungsanwendungen lassen sich flexibel an die jeweiligen Anforderungen anpassen: Die Flankensteilheit (dU/dt) kann bei Bedarf individuell verändert werden, zudem sind die Kondensatoren in diversen Bauformen realisierbar. "Wir produzieren die Gehäuse selbst vor Ort in Husum, Spezialanfertigungen sind kein Problem. So lassen sich die neuen Filmkondensatoren auch problemlos in vorhandene Bauräume integrieren", erläutert Dr. Thomas Ebel, Geschäftsführer von FTCAP. Die innovativen Filmkondensatoren sind lieferbar bis zu einer Spannung von 120 KV DC in einem Gehäuse.
Durch eine neuentwickelte Vakuumvergusstechnik wird eine besonders hochwertige und homogene Isolierung erreicht, sodass sich die Teilentladungen auf ein Minimum senken lassen. Becher und Vergussmasse sind resistent gegen Hochspannungsöl und daher besonders langlebig. Weil FTCAP seine Kunden stets auf ganzer Linie überzeugen möchte, wird jeder einzelne Filmkondensator vor der Auslieferung aufwändigen Test- und Messverfahren zur Qualitätssicherung unterzogen.
