Hauseigene Wandler- und Drosselproduktion fertigt ab sofort auch für Kunden

Der deutsche Stromversorgungsspezialist FRIWO erweitert sein Produktportfolio: Neben Stromversorgungen, Ladegeräten und Akkupacks bietet FRIWO seinen Kunden nun auch induktive Bauelemente wie Wandler, Drosseln und Spulen aus der hauseigenen Fertigung in Vietnam an.

Die Produktion unweit der Metropole Ho Chi Minh City wurde 2016 von einem ehemaligen Zulieferer übernommen und komplett modernisiert. Heute umfasst die Fertigung 19 Produktionslinien, an denen pro Schicht 750 Mitarbeiter Wickelgüter mit einem jährlichen Produktionsvolumen von über 17 Millionen Stück herstellen. In der Produktion trifft man dabei auf umfassende Erfahrung: Auch die Belegschaft konnte nahezu komplett von dem ehemaligen Zulieferer übernommen werden.

Die attraktive Kombination aus europäischem Fertigungsknowhow und schlanken asiatischen Produktionsbedingungen macht FRIWO jetzt auch seinen Kunden zugänglich und bietet die Auftragsfertigung von kundenspezifischen induktiven Bauelementen wie:

- Switchmode-Wandlern

- Leistungstransformatoren, auch als vergossene Varianten

- Spulen

- Drosseln

- Stromwandlern / "Current-Sense"-Transformatoren

- Kontaktlosen / Induktiven Ladespulen

- Ringkerntransformatoren
