Denn sie ermöglichen es, unter geringem Platzbedarf und kleiner werdenden Sensoren, im Feld Signale und Daten zu übertragen. binder erweitert sein M8-Produktportfolio nun um eine Serie mit äußerst dichten 12-poligen Flanschsteckverbindern mit Tauchlötkontakten.
Variabel einsetzbar
Die Produkte der Serie 768/718 wurden für Signal- und Datenübertragungsanwendungen entwickelt und kommen in den neuesten Automatisierungsanlagen, Sensorsystemen, Industriekameras sowie der Mess- und Regeltechnik zum Einsatz. Die leicht zu montierenden, frontseitig verschraubbaren Flanschstecker und –dosen sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen mit oder ohne Schirmblech erhältlich. Der Nennstrom beträgt 1 A, die Bemessungsspannung liegt bei 32 V und der Betriebstemperaturbereich reicht von -40 °C bis +85 °C.
Neues Steckgesicht
Die 12-poligen Flanschsteckverbinder der Serie 768/718 haben mit der C-Kodierung ein neues Steckgesicht erhalten und bieten im verriegelten Zustand Schutz nach IP67. Das Schraubverriegelungssystem der Steckverbinder entspricht DIN EN 61076-2-104. Die Produkte haben ein Gehäuse aus Polyurethan (PUR) und vergoldete, tauchlötfähige Crimpkontakte. Ein vernickelter Gewindering aus Zinkdruckguss sorgt für eine robuste Verbindung der für mehr als 100 Steckzyklen ausgelegten Steckverbinder.
