Die Franken-Schotter GmbH & Co. KG, Treuchtlingen, hat mit rechtlicher und wirtschaftlicher Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2018 100 % der Geschäftsanteile an der Vereinigte Marmorwerke Kaldorf GmbH mit Sitz in Titting-Kaldorf übernommen.

Die Vereinigte Marmorwerke Kaldorf GmbH bleibt auch nach der Übernahme der Anteile durch Franken-Schotter als separates Unternehmen mit eigener Marke unter der bisherigen, erfolgreichen Geschäftsführung mit Herrn Peter Templer und Herrn Johannes M. Semmler bestehen. Am Standort Titting-Kaldorf produzieren die Vereinigten Marmorwerke mit über 140 Mitarbeitern verschiedenste Naturstein-Produkte aus Jura Kalkstein für den deutschen und internationalen Markt.
