Framos stellt den neuen CMOS-Bildsensor von Aptina mit 10 Megapixeln und einer Größe von 1/2,3 Zoll vor. Der MT9J001 ist mit DigitalClarity-Technologie ausgestattet - der bahnbrechenden, rauscharmen CMOS-Imaging-Technologie von Aptina, die der CCD-Bildqualität nahekommt (in Bezug auf das Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis und die Schwachlichtempfindlichkeit) und dabei weiterhin die Vorteile der CMOS-Technologie im Hinblick auf Größe, Kosten und Integration bietet. Der digitale aktive Pixelsensor verfügt über eine aktive Pixelmatrix von 3856 (H) x 2764 (V) einschließlich Randpixeln. Er unterstützt digitale Standbilder mit 10 Megapixeln (3664 (H) x 2748 (V)) und einen digitalen Videomodus (3840 (H) x 2160 (V)), der einer Full-HD-Auflösung von 1080 p entspricht. In den Sensor sind hochentwickelte On-Chip-Kamerafunktionen integriert, wie z. B. Windowing, Mirroring, ein Column-Skip- und ein Row-Skip-Modus sowie ein Snapshot-Modus. Er kann über eine einfache serielle Zweidraht-Schnittstelle programmiert werden und weist einen sehr geringen Energieverbrauch auf. Der Sensor ist mit zwei Schnittstellenoptionen ausgestattet, die die parallele Ausgabe oder die differentielle Signalübertragung (Differential Signaling) nach SubLVDS-Standard über eine 4-wegige serielle Hochgeschwindigkeits-Pixelschnittstelle (HiSPiTM) ermöglichen. Der HiSpiTM-Imager bietet bis zu 15 fps bei voller Auflösung und 60 fps bei Full-HD-Auflösung von 1080 p. Der Sensor ist mit 48-poligem iLCC-Gehäuse oder als Bare Die erhältlich.
