FRAMOS presents logistics automation solutions at LogiMAT

(PresseBox) (Taufkirchen, )
With the focus on sorting intelligence, imaging specialist FRAMOS will exhibit its range of logistics technologies and products in hall 3 / booth C74 at the LogiMAT trade fair in Stuttgart from 8 to 10 March.

FRAMOS sorting intelligence technologies have a wide spectrum of possible applications which range from reducing freight costs for e-commerce retailers, using machines for sorting accuracy in empty goods logistics, ensuring the machine compatibility of parcels for package openers in returns management and checking the curvature in shuttle warehouse systems.

The FRAMOS volume light grid (VLG) will take centre stage on FRAMOS booth C74 in hall 3. This plug & play product will demonstrate at first hand how any goods can be reliably measured and tested for dimensions, positioning, volume and weight or codes directly in the conveying process. When it comes to master data acquisition, fully automatic picking, completeness or surplus stock checks, as well as cargo handling, the FRAMOS VLG is easy to use and can be integrated seamlessly into ERP, PLC and other logistics systems for further processing.

This leads to simplified processes for end customers in industry, effective system utilisation with reduced downtimes and optimised cost and resource efficiency. It also allows valuable resources in the form of time, labour and money to be saved throughout the logistics chain. OEMs and system integrators benefit from the outsourced development and the added value for customers as a result of the industry partners’ extended service portfolio.

With years of imaging experience and countless industrial and research projects behind them, the FRAMOS Imaging Systems team at LogiMAT will answers to application-specific and technical questions about logistics automation.  Hall 3/ booth C74
