Seit mehr als 5 Jahren erbringt fidelis HR für die Rosen Eiskrem GmbH HR-Dienstleistungen im Bereich Application Management (SAP HCM PA, PY, PT), Druck & Logistik sowie Business Process Outsourcing für die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung. Aufgrund der erfolgreichen und vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit hat das Unternehmen nun den Vertrag verlängert.

Die Rosen Eiskrem ist im Verbund mit der Eissparte der DMK einer der größten Eiskremhersteller in Europa und beliefert namhafte Handelspartner auf der ganzen Welt. In vier Werken wird an drei Standorten in Deutschland mit bis zu 1.100 Mitarbeitern Speiseeis produziert. Die Zahl der Mitarbeiter variiert bedingt durch Saisonarbeitskräfte.

Software und Dienstleistungen für Personaler

Das Angebot der fidelis HR, ehemals TDS HR Services & Solutions, in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz umfasst die Übernahme sämtlicher administrativer Pro­zesse aus dem Personalwesen für mittelständische und große Unternehmen aller Branchen sowie Non-Profit-Einrichtungen. Dazu zählen neben der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung beispielsweise das Bewerbermanagement, die Reisekostenabrechnung oder die Personaladministration. Beim Auslagern solcher Geschäftsabläufe (HR Business Process Outsourcing, BPO) ist fidelis HR mit rund 800.000 abgerechneten Personalstammsätzen im Monat Marktführer in Deutschland. Darüber hinaus übernimmt die fidelis HR GmbH auch Betrieb, Aktualisierung und Pflege der Personalsoftware fidelis.Personal sowie von Lösungen der Her­steller SAP (SAP HCM), P&I (LOGA) und ADP (PAISY) im Application Service Providing. Zusätzlich unterstützt das Unternehmen Personalabteilungen durch Prozess- und Strukturberatung.

fidelis HR erbringt Service und Support aus Deutschland heraus und nutzt für den Betrieb der Software-Lösungen die hochsicheren Rechenzentren der TDS AG in Neckarsulm und Neuenstadt (Baden-Württemberg).

Das Unternehmen gehört seit Frühjahr 2013 zum Münchner AURELIUS Konzern (www.aureliusinvest.de) und erzielte im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr mit rund 650 Mitarbeitern einen Umsatz von ca. 58 Millionen Euro.
