Erste produktive Installation von IKAROS enterprise

Nach zweijähriger Entwicklungszeit von IKAROS enterprise ist der Pilotkunde und Entwicklungspartner bfs risk & collection (Bertelsmann arvato infoscore) am 2009-08-17 mit der ersten Installation von IKAROS enterprise 2009.1 in Produktion gegangen.

Die Kern-Merkmale dieser Releases sind das englische Datenmodell sowie die Nutzung des stabilen und performanten Datenbanksystems Microsoft SQL Server 2005.

Matthias Ferber, Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung von Ferber-Software, beschreibt die Ziele für die weitere Entwicklung von IKAROS enterprise folgendermaßen: "Die Einsatzfähigkeit in ganz Europa, verbesserte Integrationsfähigkeit in Unternehmensinfrastrukturen und Drittprodukte, weitere Performanceverbesserungen bei hohem Datenaufkommen und hoher Last sowie maximale Qualität und Wartbarkeit durch innovative Technologie und Architektur."
