Ralph Christoph (40) has been appointed second Managing Director of Munich-based bonder manufacturer F&K DELVOTEC Bondtechnik GmbH and, together with Herbert Wittl, now manages the company which produces wire bonders for the semiconductor and electronics industries worldwide with over 120 employees.
Mr. Christoph joined F & K DELVOTEC in 2007 as Sales Manager Europe and moved up into the fivemember management team after the takeover by Straubing-based Strama-MPS in 2016. There he was responsible for the entire customer interface, i.e. sales, marketing and service.
He is looking forward to his expanded responsibilities and views the company’s 40th anniversary, which the bonder manufacturer celebrates this year, as a milestone in the further development of the strategy "Staying Ahead in Bonding Technology" and in intensifying the old strengths of the company. "That we at F&K Delvotec are always one thought and one step ahead has recently been demonstrated impressively with the great success of our revolutionary laser bonder", Christoph explains the company's philosophy.
