The main focus this year is to introduce their visual solutions for training, simulation, virtual and augmented reality, which consist of the openWARP2, the PixelProcessor, the ESP series projectors and some small but very useful tools At certain professional applications, projectors made mainly for the consumer market are likely to meet their limits with regards to their reliability, robustness and image quality. Compared with traditional UHP lamp system, the eyevis LED system provides optimal spectral distribution of light. Thanks to the clear notoverlapping representation of the primary colours red, green and blue, allows brilliant colour representation of the complete colour range. This allows a realistic colour representation, which could not yet be reached with lampbased systems.
A newly developed control of the LEDs enables independent adjustment of the individual primary colours. Hence illuminant and colour temperature can be accurately adjusted to match any conditions. This process does not affect the signal data, the colour depth remains unaltered.

Geometry Correction for any Screen
The openWARP alignment tools feature a toolset for calibration of single- or multichannel display systems, whose projection channels need geometry correction due to screen shape or projector placement. Calibration can be done for Geometry, Blending and Colour.
The toolset uses a camerabased approach to achieve calibration of geometry. Colour calibration can be done with an industry standard colorimeter, which can be integrated into the toolset. For the first time it is now possible to introduce measurable standards for the geometry correction.
Costeffective Payper-Channel Solution
With the new openWARP2 device, eyevis provides a costeffective singlechannel solution. The customer only pays for the number of channels he really needs, and this at a competitive price. The openWARP² designer software provides an easytouse GUI which enables comfortable configuration of warping, blending and color correction for one or multiple channels. The designer can run on an external PC or on the additional openWARP communication board. Once the calibration is done, the settings can either be stored on the external PC or on the communication Board.

It comes with a comfortable gamma correction through a 24 bit LookUpTable (LUT) for gamma correction. Freely uploadable curves. For each colour (red, green and blue) an individual LUT can be uploaded.

Embedded resolution analysis. The resolution of the connected DVI-D source is detected and can be read out to ensure a correct resolution setting of the connected Image generators. There is also a DDC-EDID emulation to ensure easy integration with any Image generator. The EDID information can be programmed on the device so that the image generator will always detect the device and will not notice any changes of the connected display. Any setting and parameter can be permanently stored on the device. After a power cycle, no connection to a PC is needed to activate the setting stored last. Without saving the changed parameter, the device will come up with the last stored setting after power cycle. This ensure a safe, easy and user friendly interaction. A preset button can be used to load a standard configuration instead of the saved user configuration. Based on internal processing, the latency is reduced to a minimum of a couple of pixel. This ensures a lipsync fully genlocked processing of live video streams. The input and output is a singlelink DVI-D for resolutions up to WUXGA (1920x1200@60Hz) or 2k (2048x1080@60Hz).
