In wenigen Jahren werden Kunden nicht mehr überwiegend mit einem Menschen sprechen, wenn sie ein Unternehmen anrufen, sondern mit einem Sprachcomputer in Kontakt treten. Abschließend präsentiert Chula de Silva, Leiter Excelsis Schweiz, die zehn wichtigsten Erkenntnisse aus über 100 Sprachprojekten.
