The PV landscape in Europe was marked by consolidation and evolving business models over the last years. Manufacturers started focusing on countries outside of the classical European core markets. EuPD Research accommodates for that by widening the focus of its yearly installer survey; in addition to the traditional European PV markets, most of the important PV markets worldwide will be surveyed.
Country reports for the European PV markets Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom will be compiled within the scope of the Global PV InstallerMonitor 2016/2017©. Additionally, EuPD Research offers lighter compact reports for Australia, Canada, India, Japan, South Korea and the US (California). Studies on these markets are offered as shared service – they will only be conducted if they are ordered by a sufficient amount of customers until 30 September 2016.
PV installers are often seen as gatekeepers in the PV market. End customers seek and appreciate their brand recommendations. “Understanding the PV installers, their attitudes and needs, is of crucial importance for a successful PV business. Installers are directly connected to the customers and know the current market trends”, as Dr. Martin Ammon, Head of Cleantech and Economics Center at EuPD Research, explains.
Topics covered include brand management, market penetration, procurement and satisfaction. Many evaluations concerning modules, inverters, storage systems and wholesalers are displayed on brand-level. More information about the Global PV InstallerMonitor 2016/2017© can be found here. An Early Bird discount is available until 16 September 2016.
