By linking the key store to the Device ID and/or the SIM card a 2-factor-authentication may be realized - as safe as at Smart Cards use. The device is locked until entry of the correct password. So the unauthorized access as well as the use of the complete device may be prohibited.

Authorized by the administrator, software and private keys are installed automatically. There an existing PKI may be used. Several purposes of X.509 certificates are supported.
