On 19 March 2013, ACER issued a Recommendation to the European Commission (EC) to adopt the Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM) Network Code. ENTSO-E welcomes the finalisation of the Agency's Recommendation, but is concerned about a limited number of the Agency's proposals for amendment.
In reaction to the Agency's Recommendation, ENTSO-E highlighted in a letter to the EC that ACER's Recommendation contains several well-balanced proposals, which we generally support. However, the letter identifies a few areas where the Agency's suggested amendments may negatively affect the feasibility and quality of the EU target model implementation.
