ENTSO-E Scenario Outlook and Adequacy Forecast 2013-2030 Soon to be Published

On 3 April 2013, ENTSO-E will publish the Scenario Outlook and Adequacy Forecast (SO&AF) 2013-2030 report. One of ENTSO-E's key publications, the national, regional and Europe-wide SO&AF 2013 analyses assess the expected trends of system load in light of the on-going economic constraints, and the evolution of different generation types related to European renewable energy goals, national nuclear shutdown decisions and CO2 emission reduction efforts.

Looking at longer time horizons and improvements in dealing with uncertainties constitute the major changes compared to last year's SO&AF.
