Trevios erweitert Software um Beschwerdemanagement Modul für Banken

Mit dem Modul „Beschwerdemanagement für Banken“ erweitert Trevios seine Software um ein neues starkes Element. Neben den bestehenden Modulen zum Ideenmanagement, Innovationsmanagement, KVP und 8D, kann nun auch der gesamte Prozess des Beschwerdemanagements abgebildet und bearbeitet werden.

Dem Nutzer stehen dabei umfangreiche Features zur Erfassung und effizienten Bearbeitung der Kundenbeschwerden, inklusive eines automatischen BaFin Reports nach § 34d WpHG, zur Verfügung. So kann auf Knopfdruck ein Report erstellt werden, der alle von der Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht geforderten Beschwerdedaten enthält und den gesetzlichen und technischen Anforderungen entspricht.

Der Dokumenteneditor zur Generierung von Dokumenten und Formularen innerhalb der Software, das umfangreiche Reporting aller gewünschten Kennzahlen, das flexible Mahn- und Eskalationssystem oder der von Trevios gewohnte hohe Individualisierungsgrad sind weitere Vorteile des neuen Moduls.
