Bulgin's Buccaneer Steckverbinder im Londoner Elektro-Smart Test

Die Daimler AG startete 2007 einen Test mit 100 Elektro- Smart Zweisitzern in London. Der Ladevorgang erfolgt über Bulgin's 900er Steckverbinder-Serie. Diese Steckverbinder sind ideal für Anwendungen mit hohen Strömen, wo Schutz nach IP68 benötigt wird und eine kostengünstige sowie zuverlässige Lösung von großer Bedeutung ist.
Diese Steckverbinder finden immer mehr Anwendung in der Marine, Industrie,Verkehrstechnik, in Gebäuden und anderen Anwendungen wo ein nahezu unzerstörbarer und kostengünstiger Steckverbinder verlangt wird. Die UL und VDE geprüfte Serie beinhaltet fliegende Verbindungen sowie Versionen zur Front- und Flansch-Montage mit bis zu 32A bei 600V AC/DC.
