Bei Endrich Bauelemente Vertriebs GmbH ist der temperaturkompensierte Silizium-MEMS-Oszillator SiT5008 von SiTime Corp. erhältlich. Er ist ideal für Consumer- und IoT-Geräte wie beispielsweise Audio-Video-Devices mit Internetverbindung, Over-the-Top-Streaming-Geräte, industrielles Smart Metering und andere Applikationen, die drahtlose Konnektivität mit geringem Stromverbrauch benötigen. Der SiT5008 bietet programmierbare Funktionen, hohe Zuverlässigkeit, eine sehr gute Vibrations- und Stoßfestigkeit und Umweltverträglichkeit in einem kleinen Gehäuse von 2,5mm x 2,0mm nach Industriestandard. Er ist mit herkömmlichen Quarz-TCXOs Pin-kompatibel und ermöglicht einen 100%igen Austausch ohne Re-Design oder Layoutänderungen. Die einstellbaren Frequenzen liegen zwischen 10 MHz und 60 MHz mit einer Genauigkeit von 6 Dezimalstellen und einer Frequenzstabilität von ±2ppm bis ±10ppm. Der Betriebstemperaturbereich erstreckt sich von -40°C bis +85°C. Der Oszillator hat einen sehr geringen Stromverbrauch von 3,5mA und besitzt einen Standby-Modus, um die Akkulaufzeit zu verlängern. Das Bauteil ist RoHS- und REACH-konform, Pb-frei, Halogen- sowie Antimon-frei.
