Endrich Bauelemente Vertriebs GmbH vertreibt SMD-Vibrationsmotoren von Baolong für unterschiedliche Antriebsspannungen in unterschiedlichen Drehzahlen und Vibrationsstärken. Sie haben eine geringe Baugröße und können daher sehr gut in tragbaren Geräten eingesetzt werden. Der Motor können direkt auf die Leiterplatte gelötet werden und sind daher für die automatisierte Produktion geeignet. Die im Bauteil verwendeten Materialien halten bis zu 3 Reflow-Prozesse stand. Die Motoren arbeiten mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit in einem Umgebungstemperaturbereich von -30°C bis +70°C. Beim Typ BLT-4315B liegt der Betriebsspannungsbereich zwischen 2,1V und 3,2V und die max. Nenndrehzahl beträgt 8.500U/min. bei einem max. Nennstrom von 130mA. Anwendungsgebiete sind die Vibrationsrückmeldung in industriellen Steuergeräten, Multifunktions-Lenkrädern und Telefon- bzw. Kommunikationsgeräten sowie für stille Alarme in der Sicherheitskommunikation und in Wearable Devices.
