Differential Quarz-Oszillator von SMI für Standard-Netzwerkfrequenzen

Die Endrich Bauelemente Vertriebs GmbH stellt eine neue Produktfamilie von quarzbasierten Taktoszillatoren von SMI INC vor. Diese Generation von Differentialoszillatoren mit ausgezeichneter Frequenzstabilität über der Temperatur und extrem niedriger Phasenrauschen ist für Anwendungen mit hoher Datenrate wie 5G (hohe Geschwindigkeit, Breitbandkommunikation), Ethernet, GbE, Synchrones Ethernet, FBGAs etc. ausgelegt. Das kleine Design bis zu 2,5 x 2,0 mm erfüllt die Marktanforderungen von Differentialtaktgeneratoren in einem winzigen Gehäuse. Das spart Platz um zusätzliche Funktionen zu integrieren. Die Komponenten haben einen sehr geringen Stromverbrauch. Zusätzlich kann der Oszillator in den „Standby-Modus“ versetzt werden, um den Stromverbrauch auf max. 30µA zu reduzieren. SMI unterstützt 7 Standardnetzwerkfrequenzen von 100 MHz bis 321.5000 MHz. Der Taktoszillator bietet die beste RMS-Jitterleistung seiner Klasse (12 kHz bis 20 MHz) von 43 fs (typ.) Bei 156,25 MHz (LCPECL) und nur 43 fs (typ.) Bei 200 MHz (LVDS). Erweiterter Temperaturbereich D von -55 °C bis +125 °C ist verfügbar. Unterstütz werden die Ausgangssignalpegel LVPECL und LVDS.
