Empolis adds Google Search Appliance to its portfolio
Empolis and Google conclude a partnership agreement
"Google is the world's most successful search engine. The addition of Google Search Appliance to our portfolio benefits customers who want to make the process of searching and finding information as quick and efficient as possible," explains Empolis CEO Dr. Stefan Wess. "This high-performance, easy-to-use solution complements Empolis's smart information management solutions, which have been exclusively used in the business-critical operations of large companies and government agencies until now."
It is based on the Empolis Information Access System (IAS), developed over a period of many years, which "understands" unstructured data and transforms those data into "smart information" with semantic annotations. Analyses are carried out based on actual contexts, making it possible to create links to structured data.
