Die Elmos Semiconductor SE (FSE: ELG) hat den in Dortmund ansässigen Entwicklungsdienstleister Online Engineering übernommen.

Die Online Engineering GmbH ist auf die Entwicklung von Hard- und Software-Komponenten für elektrische Antriebe spezialisiert.

Das Unternehmen wurde im Jahr 2007 gegründet und hat 16 Mitarbeiter.

"Wir schätzen Online Engineering schon seit mehreren Jahren als zuverlässigen Entwicklungsdienstleister für Softwarelösungen im Bereich Automotive Motor Control. Mit dem Erwerb stärken wir nun unsere in-house Kompetenz und werden unseren Kunden in Zukunft noch umfassendere Systemlösungen anbieten können", erklärt Dr. Jan Dienstuhl, Vorstand für Entwicklung und Vertrieb der Elmos Semiconductor SE.
