The liberalization of the energy sector through the energy reform and the climate change law is the prime mover for the increased roll-out of bio-energy. From cactuses to slaughterhouse waste up to landfills, the biogas potential in Mexico is enormous. Thereby the demand for machines, equipment and know how will rise in near future. European companies can benefit from this, because there are just few experienced providers and specialists in Mexico.
