During PT/EXPO COMM CHINA 2011 more than 500 exhibitors from 23 countries presented their technologies to 123.000 attendees.

Despite the global economic uncertainty and crisis, China’s ICT industry is expected to grow by nearly 15 % this year. While in the past years the rapid growth was mainly driven by exports, now China’s economy is observing a rapid increase of their domestic consumer demand. Predictions say that in 2012 around 148 million units of smartphones will be sold including a considerable portion of 3G enabled phones. Also the global trend of tablet PCs arrived in China and electronic products, including different sizes of display panels, lithium batteries and LEDs will face high demand in the future.
