ECT hat zwei Ring-Back-Tone-Ausschreibungen gewonnen, die mit einem Gesamtvolumen von über 10 Millionen Euro wohl die weltweit größten Ausschreibungen für diesen Mehrwertdienst im Jahr 2008 darstellen. In beiden Fällen ersetzt ECT bestehende Lösungen für mehrere Millionen Teilnehmer bei einem der führenden Carrier in der jeweiligen Region. Die Lösung umfasst WEB-, WAP-, SMS-, USSD- und IVR-Schnittstellen in der Landessprache. ECT verantwortet in beiden Projekten die gesamte kundenspezifische Anpassung, Netzintegration, Installation, Datenmigration sowie die Umschaltung von der abgelösten Anlage auf die neue Plattform von ECT.
