EASY SOFTWARE AG ändert die Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2019 aufgrund von IFRS 16

Ab dem Geschäftsjahr 2019 wird die EASY SOFTWARE AG (ISIN: DE0005634000, WKN 563400) die Finanzberichterstattung unter Berücksichtigung von IFRS 16 durchführen. Dadurch bedingt ändert sich die Prognose des Konzern EBITDA auf EUR 4,7 Mio. bis EUR 5,7 Mio. für das Geschäftsjahr 2019 von vorher – ohne die Effekte von IFRS 16 – EUR 2,8 Mio. bis EUR 3,8 Mio. Eine operative Veränderung des Geschäftes oder der Ergebnisse ist mit der Prognoseänderung nicht verbunden. Die EASY SOFTWARE AG wird ihre Berichterstattung in Zukunft gemäß IFRS 16 veröffentlichen.
